I appreciated the nicely decorated hotel.

The location was unbeatable for me as it was near the Old Town and Palma de Mallorca. I tried some drinks at bar Bar Dia, located 5 minutes walk away.

Had 1 night in Palma de Mallorca, spending our time here really good. Very pleasant and accommodating staff, they showed us a renowned restaurant onsite. The room was both generous sized and stylish with the bath on the balcony and the balcony. We had an electric kettle and glassware.

We truly enjoyed perfect and magnificent location of this place.

The location was perfect and magnificent, just 5 min walk from a prominent public square. This hotel was in an incredible area right by the restaurant, the marina, cathedral, palma old town and the hills to the west, and downtown. I was offered a room with great views of the Cathedral.

Booked a room with pleasant views of the Cathedral. The decor was beautiful, the beds were lovely. The service was helpful, the food was delicious. Parking was nearby and we didn't mind paying extra gbp 59 per day.

Luxurious hotel, it offers welcoming services and excellent location next to all the chic shopping, restaurants and sights, the harbour, and the centre of Palma old town. The deluxe suite is a nice size and quiet.

The hotel was spectacular and the staff incredible, amazing location in a great neighbourhood. Generous sized & quiet unit with the bath on the balcony. A mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe and a sofa bed — very useful.

The hotel was luxurious, had great views and magnificent location just next door to restaurant and lovely setting, the historic center of and the shared areas. Our room was a nice size, included a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. We enjoyed wake-up service available.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. The location was fantastic, close to major sites and downtown. Plus, the garden was absolutely beautiful, a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. And let's not forget the bed and the tub, both incredibly comfortable.

The rooms varied quite a lot in terms of size and layout. We booked a junior suite, but it wasn't very functional for two people with luggage.

Beautiful rooms, perfect service, amazing spa and pool areas, rooftop pool with glass bottom and cathedral view, accommodating regarding late check-out, lovely food at Botanic restaurant.
